Horrible experience! Went for COVID-19 testing, those collecting didn’t know what test kit was being used, where the lab was that they were sending the tests to, ect. It was very hard to get anything out of them and every response to a question was “I don’t know.” After test collection they said the results would be in between 3-5 day, a week later I had to call to get the information out of them because, once again, they “didn’t know.” If zero stars was an option that’s what they would get from me. Ridiculous! I will never be going back!
