My mother has been trying to get a lump tested. This office sent her back-and-forth for months, did not provide the local lab with the necessary information, provided her with incorrect information, and has yet to advise her on the status. In my own experience, I advised Dr. Nori that an adult-sized needle would not work in drawing my blood but he insisted. After about 10 attempts and significant bruising, I requested that either a child-sized needle be used, or that I would prefer to go to Quest. Instead, Dr. Nori and an assistant held me down to try and draw blood once more. After much screaming on my part and their inability to yet again draw blood, they finally let go of me and let me leave. I then endured weeks of back-and-forth before they finally sent my charts to a new provider.
