I called to reschedule an appointment the receptionist asked me the reason why i was calling as i started to explain she put me on hold then got back on the phone and asked me again why i was calling and as i was trying to tell her that i was trying to reschedule an appointment she began to interrupt me so i said to her i'm trying to answer your question about why i was callind she then hung up on me The receptionist is really rude and has a very bad attitude She should not be answering phones let alone talk to anyone or work in the medical field
