Concord Hospital Walk-In Urgent Center

It's very upsetting when you can't get ahold of. A hospital, an urgent care center. They have some X rays they took sent down to a doctor. So that you can have surgery on time. I spent 1 hour And all I do is leave messages. When I went to facility. I had my x-rays taken The people that were there were very, very nice. They told me to call in and make sure. That my x-rays were sent. To my doctor in Boston. I've tried and tried, like I said to contact the facility. There's no way I can find to do it. I've tried the billing department, To talk to anybody. And all I do is put you into a general voicemail. It is horrible. I thought places like this was supposed to help us, not get us all stressed out. Maybe the Concord hospital will change some of its ways. I want somebody reads us.
