Elderly woman went to Gateway for an ordinary UTI receive prescription for an antibiotic and a bill for $1695.82, ($537.60 after insurance adjustment).Office portion was $77.51. Have tried for months to get an explanation for the unnecessary/excessive lab charges without success. Conclusion - will not return to Gateway Urgent Care, there are many other options.
