My husband couldn't find the office, so he called for directions. The gentleman who picked up the phone immediately said we don't take walk-ins due to Covid-19 and hung up on him.. I decided bro call for my husband. The gentleman picks up the phone said they won't see anyone due to Covid-19. He says that they only offer calls with the doctor over the phone. I asked if a doctor could call to speak with my husband. The gentleman said we don't handle injuries you have to go to the emergency room. When I ask what does the urgent care handle the gentleman hung up on me. I called the number back and he refuses to pick up.
