I went into this office to ask if they could aspirate a cyst. She charged me $40. I told her I did not want to pay $40 if they can’t help me. She said if they can’t help she would give me back the $40. The PA looked at it said he could not help me and when I went to check out I told the lady that I had nothing done and she just looked at me did not offer my money back. To me this is not right! I was charged $40 day for 45 minutes and they did nothing.

Sign in office state masks must be worn at all times. I guess this doesn't mean the employees their masks are hanging off ear, under chin or non existent.. Have always liked it there, but this makes me skeptical as to their dedication to their patients.
