This practice refuses to provide legally-required accommodations to deaf patients. My mother is deaf and uses ASL. Her insurance company called them to explain that they are required to provide accommodations. They still refused. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) has been the law for 30+ years. Compliance is NOT optional.
