I was seen this morning for an Mri of my knee, the front desk girl was very friendly, she makes you feel comfortable not look for somewhere else.From taking down my info, walking me to the mri section, you hardly dont see people that friendly with patients any more.That girl deserves ten stars not five.The other other lady at the other window was not to friendly last time I was there, I will give that one two stars.

Have been a patient here many times over the years. Came in at night and was told I would not be seen. Receptionist said it must be an emergency such as a broken bone. Told her I felt this was an emergency and in pain but she would not let me see anyone. Offered me an appointment 11 days later with one of their doctors. There was absolutely no one in the waiting room. She decides what's an emergency. It was 30 minutes before closing, I think she wanted to go home. Now I understand why their rating has gone down hill and people don't recommend them.
