This urgent care gave me a false negative test for COVID- I went to another urgent care the same day with the same method, rapid test and I tested positive. I also got retested a couple days later and it was still positive. Be careful with this urgent care- they are not professional, I have been trying to talk to a manager for two days now and no one has returned my call to discuss the false test that they provided. Extremely disappointed.
